DIY relaxing facial massage

I am a skincare specialist and reflexologist. I wanted to share some easy tips for performing a relaxing facial massage at home. This massage will stimulate blood flow, help to eliminate toxins, puffiness and work your facil muscles giving you an instant lift.

Before you start 

Make sure you have washed your face and your hands. 

When doing this massage use a facial oil or night cream which allows your hands to glide over the skin so that it doesn't cause a drag or if you don't have either of these. Use your cleanser, wash off at the end and then apply your moisturiser.
